The feasibility assessment involves a discussion of your project aims, objectives and constraints. We’ll be able to advise on feasibility, provide planning advice and discuss various options for achieving your goals.
Once the preferred project option has been agreed, we’ll move to the concept design and planning stage. At this point we’ll be able to help with initial architectural design drawings, planning applications and any other consents or impact assessments that may needed as part of the works.
At the detailed design phase, we’ll be able to help with structural design, construction drawings and building regulations – along with any other specific requirements. At this point a quantity surveyor will be be able to help get accurate costs for construction and manufacturing.
If required, our team can assist with interior design to ensure that your vision for the project is fully realised. This can include elements such as joinery design, kitchen and bathroom design along with advice on finishes and furnishings.
At the construction stage, we can manage tendering, procurement, project documentation and contract administration. During the build, we’ll be a regular presence on-site, making sure that standards are being met and that the project is running smoothly – to time and budget.
Upon completion of the works, we’ll carry out a full snag-check and put right any issues before signing off on the works. At this point we’ll be able to provide as-built drawings and completion certificates, along with any warrantees and guarantees.
