This carefully considered transformation was designed and delivered to create a generous, light-filled space tailored for modern family living.
By lowering the ground floor level by approximately 400mm, we significantly increased the ceiling height, enhancing the sense of volume and creating an immediate wow factor. This subtle but impactful structural intervention allowed the space to feel open, balanced, and architecturally refined.
The project also includes a 6-metre rear extension, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one cohesive open-plan environment. Natural light is maximised throughout, improving flow, functionality, and the overall connection between the interior and garden.
From structural works to final finishes, every detail was carefully managed and executed to deliver a timeless, high-quality family space that adds both comfort and long-term value to the home.
